Akrear ("we", "us") operates the YouTube channel @akrear and this website. This policy explains how we handle information.

1. Information we collect

This website does not require accounts, does not use cookies for tracking, and does not collect personal information from visitors. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance purposes.

2. YouTube API Services

We use the YouTube Data API v3 through an internal application that is accessible only to the channel owner and authorized channel administrators. By authorizing it, the channel owner grants it access to Google user data limited to the Akrear channel, solely to upload videos and manage their metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail and privacy status) on that channel.

By using this application you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Google user data

Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the channel-management features described above. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the service, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Authorization tokens are stored securely and used only by our own application.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Revoking access

You can revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also request deletion of any stored authorization data by contacting us.

5. Data retention and security

We keep authorization tokens only while access is needed and delete them when access is revoked. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect them.

6. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
